Home rules

- Basic rule, treat my house as your own house. For any kind of problem contact me any time - the apartment is not designed to host pets, but based on previous successful experience pets are welcome if not puppies. Please, ask for permission describing your pet - I am available to flexibly manage the check in. I am almost always on and therefore we will stay in touch (quick communication is strongly recommended) trying to arrange on the fly unexpected problems, - The beds and chairs are designed and tested for people not heavier than 100Kg. Therefore I recommend to comply with this limit to fully preserve functionality and ensure a safe stay to my Guests, - The lake and the 1500m tall mountain orchestrate a natural anytime thermal air flow and the building orientation exploits it perfectly. Therefore LaPanoramica summertime cooling strategy relies mainly on night purging ventilation due to excellent temperature fluctuations between day and night. Four windows on six provide mosquito nets. Active HVAC cooling and ventilation integrates during the day when outside air temperature rises up. - Based on condo rules noises must be avoided in the windows 10PM -> 8AM, - Guests will be required to show ID card or passport. (we need simply to make copy)

Cancellation policy

Since the very beginning, in 2017, the cancellation is used to be fully flexible. Up to three days before the check-in time the Guest will receive a full refund. E.G: if the booking starts on March the 10th and check-in time is 5PM, then the Guest will receive full (100%) refund if cancellation is received before 5PM of March the 7th. If the cancellation is received after 5PM of March the 7th then the Guest will receive full (100%) refund but the cleaning fee. If the cancellation is received after 5PM of March the 9th or no-show then the Guest will receive a 60% refund. The time the Guest will receive the refund is not clear yet since Dtravel platform is pretty new to us as well. We, as a Host, will react quickly to make the refund as fast as possible, but also Stripe or Crypto timing has to be taken into consideration.
